Cleartastic makes a clear vinyl DIY product, not sure of the ease of installation, but would be interested based on others experiences, looks a little tricky to me.
Best bet is a professional install of a clear vinyl paint protection product, lots of manufactures out there.
I’d recommend paint protection film (PPF) from either XPEL or Suntek. They both have precut patterns for the C7. Your local certified installer will do it for $160-250. It’ll protect the mirror housing from rock chips and scratches and you be able to tell it’s there.
Have to admit, I don’t get it! A car bra and those mirror covers are supposed to keep your car looking good. What’s the point if you’re willing to drive around with covers that look worse than fresh hippo excrement?
