Question about Spring Mountain
I plan to go in October Couldn't pass up the opportunity to get a $2,500 class for $1K.
Q: Do all classes eventually fill up? If they do, then my scheming is a moot point. If not, I'm looking at weekend vs weekday 2 day class. If they don't all always fill up, I would obviously prefer to sign up for a "less full" class. Weekend or weekday ?

My wife and I just got back from the class yesterday. our class was full but as was already stated, you get broken up into groups of drivers with similar skills so you are really only on the track with an instructor and maybe 1 or 2 other cars. The instructors watch closely and group like drivers together and most of the time they get it right. If you all have the same speed it can be a lot of fun, if you accidentally get stuck in a slower group it can be frustrating but that gets noticed very quickly and corrected.
We learned a lot and our ability progressed an amazing amount in just 2 days. By the last session you are rippin around that track at a pretty good pace.
The best part for me was the demo ride. You get to do a couple of sessions and by that time you understand your weaknesses, and when you do the demo ride the driver can show you how to overcome those issues and he can also show you just how capable the car really is. Many of us came out of that demo ride knowing exactly how to go faster and in the very next session we improved. My demo driver, Cole, was amazing. He wasn't there to show off how fast he is, he really seemed to care about what I needed to work on and he worked on that and helped with my concerns for the entire ride. Performance driving can be such an ego driven pursuit yet Cole was completely selfless. Most of the instructors there seemed to have that same selfless quality.
There's a ton more I could write about the class. We had a great time, and when you consider what you might spend on any vacation both my wife and I felt it was worth every penny. I dont think I'm going to become a die-hard track guy but I'd rather do this than just about any other type of vacation I can think of. My wife did the class too and she had a blast, all the way home she kept thanking me for talking her into taking the class.

HI!
We do fill up rather quickly...honestly, we don't see a pattern, but like someone suggested, call in, and talk to one of our sales staff! They can guide you to your best fit.
thanks for the question, and glad you're considering coming out to take the program!

I recently attended a class that I would consider full. Not an issue as they broke us into 2 groups and alternated between track time and classroom. Never felt slighted in the least and instructors were top notch! I highly recommend this class if available to you. I learned a lot about my Corvette and that was even after this being my 2nd C7. The first was used so no class offered.

The classes fill up fast. If you want Oct, which is a prime month, schedule it. It's overpriced (IMO), but it is worth it.

Then it is not overpriced; i.e., it is worth the cost. That is, the yuck/buck ratio is good enough to spend the money.
In any event, it is expensive - just like buying and maintaining a Corvette.

I just went is June and it was a very good class. I have 40+ Track days and learned a lot. It is a no brainer for $1000. Our class was full at 20 and another class was running on the 2nd track. No problems. Staff was 1st rate for all from the experienced to the beginner. Do it.

I plan on signing up soon as well, I could call them but would love to have the wife take the class as well. Anyone know if that is $1k or $2,500 extra?
