Had my mufflers deleted at a local shop, didn't cost too much and well worth it. Car is much louder but no added drone, and is about as loud as stock when crusin at low rpm. No feel of low end torque loss. If anything it has gained power through the rpm range. No check engine light yet either . If anyone is considering this I would highly recommend it. It costs a fraction of what they charge for Corvette mufflers!
I’m debating for days now about going with the AWE track option. Which is basically a couple of tips on pipes to delete the mufflers.
i already have the corsa off-road x pipe, and fuse pulled on the NPP system. I would say it’s like a 7/10 loud.
Do I need to spend the $$ on this? is it worth it, for noise, when I already have noise? sure but for the $900 purchase price and prob another $200 labour, what’s the point I’m asking myself.
i deffo don’t need to be buying a corsa borla or magnaflow system for around $2,000 especially when I pulled the NPP fuse...
I see some some of you mention neighbours when others speak of loud exhausts. I have neighbours, and an HOA, but... I don’t really care! And I have a truck so I wouldn’t be noisey all day everyday
that money could just go away for a C8 Z06 exhaust ....
Cold start is definitely loud. The stock exhaust is just so quiet so I had to change it. I tried uploading a video but couldn't get it to work and I only have my phone. My video made the exhaust appear much quieter than it is. There are a lot of good vids on YouTube that will be better.

I have a C6 with cam, header, no mufflers and it is loud, but the lope/thump of the cam and no muffler combined is music to the ear. Many comment how much they like the sound. A friend did his stock C7 and it is louder but has a tinny higher pitch sound, to me.
Muffler delete :)!!!
