Need some help
i am having a dash its separating around my defroster i have had it to two different dealerships the first one didnt want to touch it he said its a big job and his guys are not qualified to do it
the next dealership did my oil change and a recall on the car and said he would order the dash and call me when it comes in. never called me once i called multiple times with no luck so
i call gm customer service and they open a case up to get it resolved i call back 3 weeks later and they tell me the case is closed theat the car was fixed i tell them no one ever touched the car they open another case to get it fixed
and all i get is the run around its been 4 months with the back and fourth they say the parts on bac order but cant give me any info on the status of the parts
when i ask for a supervisor she tells me im the highest person here i just want my car fixed its still under warrenty and i would like to trade the car in but want the dash fixed first
