RWHP is not the same as advertised crank HP// RWHP on a 2015 Z51 on a " Real Honest dyno" like a Mustang dyno is around 350/360 hp. If you are talking about Dyna jet dynos designed to give boosted numbers ( and bragging rights )
. Just saw an automatic 2016 z51 done on a Mustang
Max power HP 361.9
Max torque 434.1
at the wheels.
trying to get real 600 RWHP will be difficult. all advertised numbers from GM are at the crank.
As my race buddy (who holds/held a number of records with his "home built" engines at Bonneville says, "If you want more power, up the boost and fuel!" The question often then becomes, how long you could do so... more so than if. : yesnod:

Yeah, no. It can't be that drastic (360HP at sea level?). My Dynocom result was 425rwhp/5750rpm and 432tq/4400rpm at 6100 feet. Two mods: CAI and 3" cat-back on a Z51/C7. This correlates perfectly with what I've seen other C7 do (around 405-415rwhp bone stock). I think Mustang is good, but it can't be that drastic.
Why not just get a Z06 instead of modding a base corvette?
Price!
My setup w/ tune is $5K (not including the meth since Z06 doesn't have it) . Much less than a c7 z06 for the same model year selling for $58K (that's the cheapest I cound find w/ more miles than mine). I purchased my '15 z51 for $41K. A difference of $17K for a z06 vs. $5k for the conversion, blower and tune. Big difference!

That's a 100hp loss at the wheels? That's way low, 395 for a automatic & 405ish for the manual is more in line for hp
