Aftermarket painted parts
I purchased this painted part from CorvetteMods and now the paint has separated from the inner heat exchanger, I'm hoping they will make it right but I have low expectations.

I have had great success with RPI. It typically takes at least 8 weeks, but great quality mirrors stock GM product very well. I believe Corvette Mods actually procurs theirs from RPI.

Update
I talked to Corvettemods on Monday and they said it was turned over to the warranty department. I was told that they would get back to me in 24 hours I'll give them another day.

As expected Corvettemods said that since it has been a few months and they don't warranty paint I am out of luck. They would fix it for about 75% of a new one and I would have to pay for shipping. I let them know that I would be using other vendors from now on.
