Wheel question
I am considering a set of aftermarket wheels for my C7Z. I'm leaning heavily towards forged wheels since that seems to be the consensus here on the forums. However, are flow formed, rotary forged or any other terminology used to describe the process, a bad idea for the car? The car is largely street driven but I do plan to track it once or twice a year at HPDE events. Frankly, saving a few (more than a few) bucks on a flow formed or rotary forged wheel seems great versus some of the prices I've seen on these forged wheels. Don't get me wrong, I can buy a set of forged wheels but, I'm concerned about overkill for my application. Thanks!
Even the new Ford GT MKII race car that costs 1.6 million is running our Forgeline wheels as oem!
