I need assistance identifying a part on my 2016 Z51. The part is located on the driver’s side almost all the way against the back bumper. It’s tucked up under the rear fascia and bolted to the chassis. It has two hoses coming into/out of it. It looks to be some kind of fluid pump, but I’m not sure for sure. Both of the hoses seem to be loose, but they aren’t leaking. Hence the reason for my asking. Thanks all.
Found it. It’s the rear diff lock control actuator. So now the question - she I be able to twist the hose fitting by hand where they enter the body of the actuator? There is visible in and out play and I can twist the fittings themselves by hand. But no fluid leaking.
Back story - just got the car back from having the torque tube replaced and I’m finding loose fasteners all over the place. Very frustrating. The small hose the goes in to the rear end itself on the back side was not resecured to the rear end and you can pull it out by had with hardly any force. All of the tunnel plate bolts were loose. The body of the lock actuator was not tightened to the chassis which caused one hell of a clatter when I went over bumps. SMDH.....
Damn, I do feel your pain. Doing all my tunnel bolts while on jackstands changing X pipes twice was hard but on a lift-really? Someone may have yelled "LUNCH"! when they were finishing. I always look pretty closely under hood or wherever they have worked but some of the new stuff is impossible to know if right.
I'd seriously consider taking it back to the dealer, talking with the service MANAGER, not the writer monkey, or the dealership manager, and have them fix it correctly... Tell them what out found and let them make it right, as a last chance kind of thing. I'm pretty sure they'd like to not be doing that...

Oh believe me this is going to happen. I’m going to meet with the shop foreman first to discuss the issues and show him the photos. That will he followed by another trip to the dealer for them to do the job right.
