When I installed my AWE x-pipe, it measured in at 3" with the digital calipers. I just checked their website to make sure I wasn't remembering this wrong. It also says full 3" diameter T304L Stainless Steel. I also took a screenshot from the video I filmed on the install. I'm currently editing the video and should have it up next week on my YT channel. Hope this helps!

It was $449. Fortunately they are only about 40 mins from me which allowed me to pick it up and film the video!

I know there are supporting vendors that also sell their xpipe, so I'd reach out to one of them too.
^^^ Anything is possible, but highly unlikely. Plenty of related discussion on here... FYI, only the front cats are monitored (O2 sensors).
I agree. Lots of discussion around this topic. Hard to know for sure how a warranty case will land when there are aftermarket parts on the car. And yes, only the front cats are monitored, so replacing the xpipe will not throw codes...unless you introduced exhaust leaks around the donut gaskets. Ask me how I know. I'd recommend having new ones on hand just in case your old ones are toast.
