Just purchased a few weeks ago a 2019 Stingray 2LT with extremely low miles from a car dealer, not a chevy dealership. The car sounds awesome and it has Corsa tailpipes.. Can anyone tell me if these are stock, dealer option or were installed as an after market exhaust. Thanks in advance
So they would have been purchased and installed at time of purchase or after, hmmmm, maybe got a better deal than I originally thought
Probably after, but w/o the original owner's input, no way to really know, nor does it matter, IMO.
But, if you were already planning on installing a more aggressive exhaust than OE, then probably, yes. Not certain in any given case (we don't know your particulars of purchase), but rarely do post-factory extras make the car more valuable as a resale.
Congrats on the 'vette!
If the car is still under warranty (which it still should be) a possible fly in the ointment would be a warranty claim where the exhaust could be targeted as the cause... Unsure what that would be, and resolving such a claim likely depends on how rational the dealer's service manager is.

I guess n
ow I need to figure out what exhaust was installed.
See if you can contact the original owner through the dealer. They can let you know if any other mods were done. The exhaust change should not affect warranty. Only things like headers or a tune would get you into trouble ..by the way great looking car and truck!
