Default Wheel problems...oh no!

Was looking online at Wheel Warehouse at wheels. Found some I liked and called them. Guy there said those won't fit lemme research and get back to you. Sent me a link saying he spoke to Cray and these are the wheels that will fit my car. (2015 Z51). Ordered the Astoria and put them on. Well, Houston, we gotta problem. Take a look.

Can someone please offer some thoughts about this? Guy at wheel warehouse doesn't get why they're not fitting. He's calling Cray. Here's the link:

How could they not be on straight? I mean, it's pretty simple putting on a wheel and tightening the lugs. I watched the guy do it. He torqued it 50, 80, 100. ??

It’s ‘poke’ due the offset Cray uses. I had the same issue and wrote a recent thread about it.

Saw that. But yours doesn't look half as bad as mine.

Can you show a pic with the level up and down (vertical), like the pic in my thread? And, are the tire sizes the same as your old OEMs?

I have Cray Spiders and the offsets are perfect. What offsets do you have? I can check my paperwork for mine.

Edit... these are my specs in the back. 19x10.5 +65 285/35

THEY DO NOT FIT...… in some States they will not pass state inspection.. THEY ARE NOT THE RIGHT OFFSET FOR YOUR CAR.. Wheel and tire is suppose to fit inside the wheel well.

From the pic shown, I agree that those wheels are not the right offset for your car.

Yep, pretty much all state laws require tires to not stick out beyond fenders.

Well, not really. And there are still many states that have no auto inspection either.

Good eye. For my seasonal tires I switched to 19's in the back. That shouldn't impact offset to the best of my knowledge.

You want the 11" with a 76 offset for the rear not the 10.5's. The 10.5's have too low of an offset and stick out too far for anything beyond a 285 tire. I run the 11's with a 305 30 20 tire lowered all the way on factory bolts with -1.7* of camber in the rear and do not rub after cutting the rear fenders.

^this

Though, do you think with more camber you would have cleared? Experiences like this is why i haven't purchased a set

Yes, you are exactly right. The place I'm dealing with is not happy as they are having to eat the shipping on sending me the 11" and the returns but it's their fault in the first place. I also confirmed with Cray the 11" with 76 offset is correct for tire 285/30/20 in the rear.
Wait, what do you mean 'cutting the rear fenders"?

Actually, I had my state inspection done right after installing the new wheels and passed fine.
