Default Flow Form replacements

Has anyone who replaced their OEM wheels due to cracking or bending bent or cracked a flow form replacement wheel?

I have a slow leak in the RR. I can't tell if it's a tire or a rim problem. Will find out Saturday but I am currently trying to decide on flow form or forged as replacements if that becomes necessary.

Nope. I have Crays. Very few if any stories on the net of them cracking/bending.

I run the HRE flow forms, no cracks...just horrible paint shipping...had to have them powder coated.

Just go with quality, genuine forged wheels and move on.

Forged are great but many people have had good experience with just the after market flow formed $1800 wheels. Can't remember the brand but he has a thread with pics on this forum. Says he hit a pavement crack really hard and they are flawless. Took them off and checked them.

Turned out to be a 1" #8 deck screw right in the middle of the tread. Dismounted tire, inside patch, remount and balance and all is well once again.
