Being a military helicopter guy for 30 years I like guarded switches...but I'm not sold on putting one in my vette. But its your car, mod it the way you want it. Good luck with making the electrical connections correctly. If you get it to work, put up a video.
My idea is to add the case only, maybe in the future I will try it as the Lambo, but not now

I could use your help, would you mind to measure how big is the stock button? length and wide? Thank you
What will you use the Lambo style button on if you don't have a stock one to replace?
I have never accidentally pushed my start button.
It's not for protection, just for the looks/fun. I Can't measure the button because my car hasn't been delivered yet, that's the reason I am asking. Thank you!
I think it’s a great idea. I have always felt that the start button is what sets the Lamborghini apart from the Corvette.
This small but significant mod would bring our Corvettes so close to being a Lamborghini that it may well be worth it.
Yeah, it's under 20 bucks and it's cool. Nothing needs to be changed in this fist iteration. Could you please facilitate me the length and width of the button please?
I still like the look of the covered Start Button. It's unique-it's different. I still like scissor doors too. The white Countach was the poster on my wall as a teenager. I still love the look and style of Lamborghini.

The scissor doors were awesome, and unique, until the honda civic crowd ruined it!!
