Insurance on all my vehicles is currently with Allstate including a 2019 Stingray, wanted to know who has their Corvettes insured with one company and their other vehicles insured with another? I'm considering moving the Corvette's insurance to a specialty company, e.g., Grundy, Leland West, etc. Does anyone have experience dealing with these or other similar companies and would you recommend them?
I insure 4 cars with USAA-have no claims. My 2019 Grand Sport with "Pleasure Use", $500 deductable, $100 comprehensive-costs me $625 per year. I guess if I drove it every day it would be double.
My other vehicles are on Alfa, which is Farm Bureau in Alabama basically. Vettes are on NCM. Never had a claim with NCM so I don't know, hopefully never will. I know I'll never go back to AllState though.
Agreed value based on my mods and such, and I set a mileage limit for the year.
I'm retired Military and took advantage of USAA. I was with State Farm for many years ( 25 years ) Both cars and Home. every years the cars got older and the premiums went up. I contacted USAA and immediately saved 1000 dollars.. yes 1000 dollars,,, I could not believe it... I got better coverage on the house and the cars. You have to be military and have proof of service.

My Annual premium with AllState on just my vette is $1830 a year. I just finished a quote with the NCM, all exact coverage's, $749 per year. Has anyone with NCM insurance had to make a claim? How was the process? I'll be making the switch ASAP!
We've been spotlighting a few customers in America's Sports Car magazine, and on the NCM Insurance blog - including some who had claims. There's a recent one that had a car fire you can read about online: http://ncminsurance.com/blog/. Thanks for your interest!
As you are aware cost is one part of the equation the other and very significant to me is service.I pay a bit more for my 19 Z06 and 2 other vehicle with State Farm, but the service is first class. I like the ability to reduce my insurance coverage in the Winter months when I am not driving my Vette. I also like the fact when there is a problem I am sitting across from my agent not dealing with it on the phone.
I have been with NCM for several years with my 67, wife's 99 Mustang and my 2017 Z51. Had a chunk of something come off an overpass, breaking the Z51's windshield, NCM was great and Safelite installed the heads-up approved windshield w/o any issues. Nothing but positives with NCM.

When I had my '03, I had insurance on our daily drivers with one company and the Vette was covered under a policy issued by the National Corvette Museum. I never had to make a claim so I can't comment on that side of the policy, but the cost savings were substantial over other insurance companies. Please note that there are restrictions on the use of the car with the NCM policy, but if you can live with that, it is a good option.

I'm also retired military BUT USAA has always been the highest for me on insurance quotes. I've never done business with them.
I have Allstate for home, auto & life 1 F150 2018. 1 Honda Odyssey 2 corvettes a 1971 vert. & a 2014 Stingray. Moved both Corvettes to Hagerty 1/2 the price same coverage. Ask your Allstate agent, Hagerty is somehow hooked up with Allstate.

The NCM quote for my 17 Stingray for 6000 miles per year was $749, for unlimited miles it was $1030. The unlimited selection is still $800 per year cheaper than what I am currently paying.
I have insurance through NCM insurance, they are GREAT. I drove in a parade and had a truck back into my car. They had Allstate and I had to see their adjuster. He tells me they could repair my car for $1700. I told him the paint on the custom hood alone was $1900. not including the other repairs and paint. Allstate tells me they don't need to paint the whole hood only parts of it. I called NCM told them, they advised me to go through them. The repair cost $5400. NCM took care of it minus $250. deductible. It was repair properly as it should have been. Plus in time they got my deductible back from Allstate. My rate never increased. Great company to deal with, highly remand.
I am exclusively with Allstate, except for my ‘78 Caddy which is insured by Hagerty (a policy I bought through my Allstate agent). I currently have a collision claim with Allstate. They have been outstanding with subrogation on my behalf from the company of the driver who was at fault. In the past I have found them to be nothing less than top shelf in repairs and paint. Every engagement has been seamless with a satisfactory conclusion. I’m sure my current situation will have a similar finish.
The body shop that’s working on my car, has been my shop of choice for 15 years. The relationship began when I owned Mercedes Benz. Their tech gave me the lowdown on other companies and why they should be avoided, while glowing about Allstate.
I understand one size does not fit all, but Allstate works for me.
