Have you seen this before
I was at the dealers for an oil change before winter storage.
It's been over 30 minutes with no change or progress in the update. It seems like it times out and restarts after 15 minutes.
I assume the car was recognized somehow while it was at the dealer.
They tech said it could take 10 minutes or hours.
Is there anything to be worried about? It's in my garage now and the screen is still on.

Check this out. You might be suffering from a bug in the software. You'll need a trip to a dealer to get the corrected software installed. The important part is the '16.1B027' in the upper right corner.

Thanks for the quick reply.
It's going back in on Thursday for an update. Apparently, the dealership doesn't have anyone to do this. Some guy travels around the dealers to provide this service.

That's insane. Module programming is a routine part of vehicle service going back more than a decade.

Oh well. As long as they do it correctly, I guess that's all that matters.
