Yeah, but do they say "Made in China" like the official GM ones that I got?

Not a chance they will fit a C5

these probably come from the same Chinese factory but without any quality control, or oversight. QC is 1/3 the cost of manufacture.. remove the quality control and you can remover 1/3 the cost to the consumer. There are always manufacturing blips, they would be caught by a QC process. These are made in an injection molding machine, a short run could produce flaws, but the chances are slim that a simple part like this would be an issue.

Chill. When you described them as “extended” I (and apparently some others) thought they were different than the GM ones. It’s clear now that’s not the case, they’re the same thing at a cheaper price.

If you have a GS or Z06, these guards will not provide enough protection. Otherwise, for a base, they may be find.

These are not the same as my OEM guards that came with my C7.....these are extended as the phots shows, and enough to deflect any stones or road or tire debris from sticking to the lower painted fender surface.. right behind the wheel well.
They may look like GM's extended stone guards, but at 1/3 the cost.

More than enough defection to satisfy me..it doesn't take much and that extra 3/4 to 1 inch will work for me..Should work just as well on a GS or Z06

I am told that they fit the same in a GS or ZO6 , with the wide body they stick out farther than the paint you are trying to protect

It seems everyone else knows about the OEM "extended" splash guards that sell for $104.00 that I am referring to and these look exactly the same as I stated above .
Not sure what you were expecting to see ......
The extended are different from the stock splash guards that come standard as you can see

I agree , I had the extended on my C6 and they worked great , especially when I went to the track....no more rubber stuck to my quarterpanels

Ive seen people argue for the sake of argument for almost 20 years heron this forum.. While I do not have these in my hand, I can tell by the photos that they are what I am looking for, but at a savings of about 80 dollars over OEM. If they are not, I will have no problem making it known.. but as you have shown, they look like OEM and since you brought the find here, I trust your honesty as to their fit and function.
Thank you
Bill
