Is it possible via my VIN to know the exact day my car rolled off the line?

I don't think so (I may be wrong), but your dealership should be able to tell you.

GMVIS at your dealer will show build date. What “build date” means exactly has been debated though.

The VIN will not how it but as mentioned, your dealer can run a VIS report and it will tell you.

You can also ask on the Chevy website chat. Just give them the VIN.
