I have a 14 and I had changed the cabin filter a yr. ago but think I put it in wrong. First does it follow the tracks in the hole that make it go up on a angle or some how lay flat. Second does the arrow go for air flow, facing up or facing down. I have look at different u tube and still can't get it right. Thanks Frank

Arrow faces down.. Should just slip in. simple. You may have to sqweeze the ends a little bit so it goes in easier. Brands other than GM can be slightly more difficult to slip in.

Yes there is a slight angle when filter goes in. You can see that by looking at the old filter which became slightly bent in time from the angle
