You can try melting the plastic retainers and move your camera mounting plates over. But it could be tricky. You can buy a grille that's prepped for cameras, but doesn't actually have them. I don't think the price is much different than the no-camera grille.

I would just get the right grille with the camera mounts already on it and transfer the cameras to it. Not that much difference in cost and you know it will look good.
