I recently switched to the DEKRA station on I35E @ Fox Ave. Its not one of those oil change places that when you go in for inspection they start all the BS about needing your oil changed, your transmission flushed, your coolant changed, blah blah blah....this place is pure inspection/emission.
Just make sure you have good wiper blades!
My sides and rear are tinted and I had no issues, give em a try. The man there John is pretty reasonable I think.
Valvoline instant oil change at Bridge st and E loop 820 in Fort Worth. Been going there 26 yrs for inspection only never once tried to adjust or sell me anything. Great place. But I thought you had to get it inspected where you live. Good luck.
