Default Stingray rear spoiler

Anyone know who sells the Z51 blade style rear spoiler that can be installed with only the 3M tape and silicon adhesive? I know RPI designs, Corvette Mods, Extreme Online etc. sell it, however they are all bolt on spoilers and I am looking for a non bolt on. Appreciate any input. Thanks and Merry Xmas.

I recently helped install an EOS blade CF spoiler on a friends C7. Although it came with SERIOUS 3M double sided tape, it also has holes on for optional bolt-on mounting. We bolted it up using the provided template and used the 3M tape. Very easy bolt-on if you're worried. I do believe, that if you did not bolt it on and used just the 3M tape, it would last a lifetime.

Looks like that's the answer. Just checked out them on Ebay. Had no idea. Thanks!

Thanks for the input. I saw a video of someone installing the blade style spoiler using only the 3M tape and some silicon. Looked sturdy, however I cover mine with a cover and am worried that it might get weakened or pulled off.

Check this website. I bought the one pictured on their site. 3M tape only install. Rock solid. It would take a lot of work to remove it, so be sure you have it placed correctly before applying pressure. You can't take mine off with a 15 lb sledge hammer!

Pictured is the one I chose. They have different configurations. I chose this because I wanted carbon flash and the ends of the spoiler follow the slope to the body.

Thanks Joe. I checked out the link for corvette mods. What spoiler did you pick? I see carbon fiber but not carbon flash. I'm looking for carbon flash also to match the carbon flash badging on my ceramic matrix grey Stingray...

I made a mistake. I actually got it from Dar Spoilers. I posted the wrong link above and will correct it. I got the painted one, which is painted in Carbon Flash. Sorry about the confusion. I was previously shopping Corvetted Mods, but found a lot better pricing from Dar.
Here ya go! When you order it, if you want them to paint it, there is a paint code icon to click on to get the paint code for the color you want. When you checkout it will ask for the code number.

What you need to get is 3M adhesive promoter. You apply it to the spoiler and car before applying the tape. It increases the strength substantially yet still allows for removal of the spoiler with no damage to the car.....

Thank you Joe. I found it and will go with this as well. Hopefully the carbon flash will match that of the stock carbon flash badging. Thanks again!

Thank you sir! I see that the 3m adhesive promoter really helps significantly...

Joe thanks again for the info. One question though. Does the spoiler curve like the Z06 spoiler or sit more straight like the Z51 blade spoiler? Do you have a picture of it from the side? Web site only shows from rear. Thanks...

I used 3M tape installing a rear spoiler on another car I own. It was professionally prep and he even used the 3M adhesive promoter but still have problems with it. I will NEVER use tape again...EVER.

That's fantastic! Thanks for sending the pictures. I like this one better than the one DAR calls "factory flush" Z51 blade style. I'm ordering now. Thanks again I appreciate it.

Please do post pictures! I have a CMG Stingray in northern Arizona, and in looking to add a spoiler as well. I’d love to see how yours turns out!
