QuickJack sent me an email with $100.00 off... Tried to use it and they would not honor it unless I paid full retail. I found an ad in Car and Driver for $1060 and wanted to add the $100 email offer... was told no.. No restrictions in the ad or email.
So will wait for COSTO to place them on sale again for $900.00

Costco just upped the price $100. My buddy called QJ a couple mos ago and they him not to expect the $899 price ever again.
Costco has the Quickjack now for $1049.00 until 12/31. Fair price, but I'm more PO'D that Quickjack sent me a $100.00 discount via an email and would not honor it. Car and Driver has an ad for the same model for $1060. That would be a better deal than Costco for me as it would not add sales tax to cost. BUT... I'm going to push QuickJack to honor the discount. OR they should change the $100 discount to list that it only can be used for full retail price and only when you purchase from their website.
The MaxJax is a real step up... in what it can do and the price... would be twice as much as 2 sets of Quickjacks. Also the MaxJax is not portable.

Good thing about purchasing from Costco is free delivery and they will pick it up and take it back if you don't want it or there is something wrong with it.

About the only time it would get in the way is during a side skirt install.
LOL, One of the reasons I bought mine was for a side skirt install. As you mention, not the best idea--it just did not work. But for other uses it's been great.
