Looking at buying their replica rims for my 14 corvette. Are these rims specifically made for the vehicle and who has had dealings with this company?? Does anyone know who makes their rims?
THXX in advance

I have bought from West Coast Corvette before - never a problem. I was looking at them for some replica C7 ZR1 wheels and the description stated they were for a C7 with proper offsets and wheel sizes. I believe the wheels were manufactured by Factory Reproductions. Did not go with them as the wheels were on backorder at the time, but would not have had a problem using them as a vendor.
Bought some Z06 replicas from them for my C6 a few years ago and got burned bad. They wouldn’t balance and after several attempts, I said **** this and retuned them. They wouldn’t give me all my money back because they claimed the wheels were scratched. Which they probably did have a few marks on them from being mounted and re-mounted / balanced and re-balanced several times.
My advice to you if you use them, have the wheels checked for run-out and roundness BEFORE you have the tires mounted.
I bought a ZO6 style wheel & tire package from them for my 15 Z51 Stingray when the AS tires became available. Had good luck with them. Bought my package with new sensors and mounted & balanced. Three years and 22,000 miles later all is good.
I've bought some minor items from WCC without issue. However, check the weight of ANY "reproduction" wheels. I've had friends get repro "OEM" style wheels of all sorts and they have invariably been HEAVY castings from China. Might be okay on your Tahoe, but on a genuine sports car... well, your call. All the best, in any event.
