The car I'm looking at has this mark on Dash. Does this look like it was from factory and got worse or from something owner did? Anybody have any ideas if this can be fixed or has seen anything similar? It is just above passenger vent. Car is a 14' 3Lt Vert.

Since it is a 3LT this might be the dreaded dash delamination that has affected some 3LTs. A ton of threads about this. As I understand an expensive fix. Others more knowledgeable will probably chime in.

To me, a 3LT interior would be a major mark against the car.
3LT Corvettes have had the delamination problem since C6 days, GM never fixed the problem in production and owners get stuck with expensive repairs.

The area's that are prone to the Delamination mostly seem fine and this is away from edges. It's almost like the foam padding underneath moved or shifted.
Does not look like the dash delamination issue to me. Looks more like something has come in contact with that area and left an indent in the dash.
I agree, I have a lot of friends in the interior business and I think they can come up with a fix. The car has everything else I want in it so its not a deal breaker to me.
Looks like the previous owner went to Home Depot and bought a large object which pushed against the dash or some similar event as it looks like an indent was made.
My 3LT had the dash area repaired twice under warranty, in both instances the damage was along an edge where shrinkage had caused a delamination issue. What I am seeing on your dash appears to be third party damage rather than an inherent leather flaw.
