Im surprised that no one picked up on the fact he trusted his key to a valet. Perhaps he'll try to plug the charger into that port right behind the drivers door once its done charging the minivan

Actually, I didn't. They just had attendants that were directing people into available spots.

That being said- I have no problem with valets and Ive found they treat my car fairly respectfully- It helps to tip first. Was in a Manhattan garage Sunday and again last night when I came back my car had a premium spot- last night better than the ferrari california (which I would have preferred to drive home but they wouldnt give me that key) that was sitting tightly boxed between 2 cars
