They are but customer service doesn't seem very good from my short experience. They do not respond to emails or text back unless you stay on them. I gave up and moved on.

Purchased my BB exhaust from them in December. They had the best price and I had no problems with their customer service.

I ordered brackets from them and after over a week with no confirmation or shipping info....I stopped payment.....Not the best to deal with IMO.......Don't seem to care either....they weren't happy about me stopping payment....said I didn't email them about it.....I called and emailed....(no response to either)....Maybe they are located in an area where there are no phones or computers......

aha, I kind of expected something had changed...when the C7 first came out they were one of the most popular vendors. This illustrates the great value our forum provides in helping our members avoid problems...thanks, and I think you certainly did the right thing.

That really sucks because they have some nice mods I'm interested in but not without a solid customer support.

I agree they really do...I was dead set on ordering their high wing. It looks great and very well made. However it was nearly impossible communicating with them so I went ahead and ordered an APR wing from another vendor on here instead.
