Well I have these codes I cannot get rid of.. 02 sensors work are good , new battery , 02 extension for headers are not burned..I can ride for about 3 to five min then the cars start to shift crazy,02s work then stop working..at WoT the car sputters sooo bad. makes trans lock up fast then shudders badly.. at idle it’s real rich ... seems like the car started to run like this after I flashed a new hp tuner file not saying that may be the cause but it hasn’t been the same since that flash.. I’ve also reflashed the ecm stock then reflashed tune but still throws these codes ,same issues.. has anybody had these issues I’m mentally drained on this lol...

You aren’t giving us very much detail to work with here... what exactly are the mods and what tune was installed? In any case, you mentioned that the problems started after the tune, so the logical answer is that there is a problem with the tune that needs to be ironed out. Contact the tuning company for answers.
I was saying, that I’m not blaming the tune .. the car has been tuned for a year or little more that’s why I didn’t go into details on mods ..and besides the updated calibration that was done was just some fueling adjustments. I put same old file back in and still has issues ,car has a supercharger and headers but I know neither of those are the issue

Just because the o2 sensor can get some readings, doesn't maean they are good. This is usually a sign of bad o2 sensors and/or the extensions being bad.
I would do some spark plug checks to see if you have been running a decent tune or if too rich or lean. Inspect the extensions with a multi meter for no breaks in continuity or significant difference in resistance and swap out o2 sensors.
It took some experimenting with different brands to find an o2 that would play nice with my longtubes. Even after that, I had some issues killing o2 sensors over time because some aspects of my idle were too lean in condition and were eventually cooking them to killing the heater circuits within them.
Yeah I deff understand .. but both 02 are fairly new, the crazy this is if I ride for a couple minutes they both start to read at same time ... come to a stop they both freeze up at .1107 until I take off again..I know for sure they are good ..I’m just not a wire /circuit diagnose type of guy haha.. simple issue I can find weird issues like this I cant.. but I’m having a few sensors read low voltage not just 02s
+1 on the O2 extensions. Have seen these fail even when testing fine with an ohm meter. Water can also get into the extensions and cause very erratic operation. You might try replacing and taping well or if possible eliminate them completely
