I was just looking for some input and maybe a couple photos of artic white with a wrapped top. I sent mine to a local shop and we choose the black to match the pillars not carbon flash metallic. The vinyl matched much better to that black. Just looking for some info on how it has held up I’m new to the vinyl game but would also love to do the mirrors!!
If name-brand and applied correctly, it should last years, especially if it doesn't live in the sun. As I recall, 3M makes a product with a 5 or 7 year warranty. All that said, if I were doing it and certain about what I wanted... I'd paint and forget it. All the best.
I wrapped mine a couple months ago. I put Blackfire Paint Sealant on it and top it with Blackfire SiO2 spray. The stinger stripe has been on almost a year and looks new using these products. Here is a couple pictures which used 3M Metallic Wrap.
