Beautiful car, congratulations. When black is clean it's hard to beat.

I recommend when you have it in for the 500 mile oil change you get a full alignment. 200 bucks for a proper alignment will save you allot more in tires. I wish I'd done it sooner.

Also, think about lowering it on the stock bolts.

For the longest time I was not a fan of black wheels but after owning my last car for 5 years and having multiple sets of wheels on it, black has really grown on me. I think carbon flash wheels would of went nice with the whole package plus add a little bling to the wheels!?

Edit: To add that I also think the vents on the rear quarter panels would look nice in carbon flash as well!

Just to add to my post above, this is one of the best looking bone stock cars I've ever seen! The only mods I could possibly want to do is paint correction/ceramic coating "scheduled" , window tint, red calipers and stage 2 spoiler extensions "which I already ordered and have sitting in the garage"!

I would be up for ( would pull the trigger fast ) a set of wheels that are carbon flash with the face of the wheel either chromed or polished !!! Anyone out there ????

Congrats on your awesome GS and welcome to the club as I am a former mustang owner as well. What made you decide to make the switch?

1. Always loved the C7, especially the GS and Zo6 plus I do not need a back seat to be able to drive daily anymore. BTW, still have truck for foul weather and four door needs.
2. Even after heavily modifying my mustang, it still fell short on expectations. Don't get me wrong, I loved that car but my GT PP left alot to be desired.
3. The GT 350 would of probably fit my needs as well but with all the issues of the voodoo I'm not looking or willing to go down that road.
4. I was actually in pursuit of a 2020 GT 500 but when dealers were unwilling to sell me a car for msrp I thought you know what, I'm not going to pay adm on a car that is not my dream car "lack of styling and a manual transmission"!

So in conclusion I ended up getting the GS because I always wanted one, don't need a back seat, realized 600 hp+ is over kill for my needs, looking for a dependable new toy and one that I can get for a good deal because I'm not willing to pay the gotta have it tax! So far I am thrilled with the car and couldn't be happier! If I ever get to the point that I can max out the potential of this car on the track then possibly I'd be willing to trade up for a Zo6 some day. I actually would of considerd buying a Zo6 now but few are left and could not find one optioned in the spec I was looking for, I rather have a new GS than a used Zo6 if that makes any sense? From my experience with my mustang it was the most fun to drive when NA, don't get me wrong straight line pulls were incredible but they quickly became slow/boring! Yes, straight line pulls are best related to as an addiction, no amount of boost would ever be enough! Sorry for the long post but you did ask!

Congrats on the purchase. Looks sharp! I also purchased a new C7 last week. More than half way on break in. I have been on the waiting list for the new C8 and did not want to hold out any longer. Looked into the C7 and fell in love with it and got a heck of a deal. It was parked next to three new C8's when I picked it up and I do not regret my decision. Enjoy your new ride!
