To the original poster... that looks like the same stuff I have. It warns that it isn't for use outside because it doesn't like UV. Well, my garage is our main entrance in and out of the house so we leave it open quite frequently when we are home and it breaks down in the sun big time. It lasted a few years but now mine is pretty well trashed for the half of the garage closest to the door. Just an FYI because the thought of redoing it is like nails on a chalkboard for me... so I'd highly suggest keeping the door shut as much as possible.

It is very narrow, I will admit that.. But in my defense when I was asking the wife for a room in the house (she had no idea what I had planned) she told me that if I cleaned out the "junk" room I could have that one. Well after cleaning it out the following weekend I decided to cut a hole in the side of the house and throw in a garage door... She was not amused at all.

I like the parking pads considering I had the same issues over time. Where did you get yours? Should definitely help with flat spotting!

I did my 3 car garage in an Epoxy about two years ago. So far it has held up very well. The floor was sanded and prepped very well before the Epoxy was put down. No tire marks and no chipping so far. I was told that preparation of the floor was important.
Good Luck.

@ChiefBoats Any specific brand or brands you recommend?
Good luck if you go that route.

Could not be more pleased with the result. Truly a one-and-done project.

Don't epoxy your Garage floor. I did it and within a few years, it was cracking, flaking, destroyed. Costed me big money in the beginning to do after my house was built. New home. I did all the prepping 100% and still after 3 years it started to look like sh*t so I recommend leaving it alone. Bare concrete for me from now on.
