Bluetooth pairing
On my GS, when I pair my Iphone and my Ipod they cancel each other out. When I use the ipod it says the iphone is disconnected. When I use the Iphone it says the ipod is disconnected. I have an older ipod touch and a new iphone. Is this happening because of the age of the ipod? (Hopefully I have everything else figured out)

It's happening because only 1 Bluetooth connection is allowed at a time. That's the way that Bluetooth works.
('Cept on my S10+ which has the ability to have 2 Bluetooth connections at the same time).

I keep my Ipod behind the screen, plugged into the USB port. Then my phone hooks up normally.

I thought I would add to this thread, even though mine was a wee bit different. With my '19, the bluetooth play to the car stereo has been flawless. Then forever what reason, it decided to FUBAR today. I went to the pair menu and there were two "iphone" shown. I deleted one of them thinking that would fix it. It didn't. I went for my 60 minute cruz w/o it working right. So then I deleted the second "iphone" shown. Then I choose the pair option and it connected right up. Short answer - delete all of the previously connected devices, and start over.
