I'd rather just have the front-end resprayed every three, four years...

Probably had to get a face mask because the Corvette was hanging out with Honda Civics.

Good choice - I have a Novistretch on mine too. Much easier right now to find a face mask for the car than it is to find one for personal use.

I was taking it a bit more literally, and the minute the ban is lifted that would go away.

A hint: look in your workshop. We had a few 3M dust masks that we had used for a past project, and I pulled them out figuring that they would be better than nothing but discovered that they actually were N95 rated. Apparently it takes a pretty good mask to filter fine dust. As they had been used they weren't suitable for donation, but if you have any extras of these consider donating them appropriately.
BTW, the printing on the mask itself is pretty faint, so look carefully.
And stay well, everyone.

That's a hard no.
The paint on the front of a car is a consumable.

I should have considered that, or Xpel, when I got my car 2.5 years ago, then again I believe I am the only C7 owner that can go to a car show and brag about have the only factory Arctic White Metallic Paint---yep, she has a lot of chips on the nose.
