I have an older set of ramps which are fine for rear wheels but too steep for driving on with front wheels. I know lots of people use them.
Do they truly allow you to drive the front wheels on the ramp without damage to the nose. Where do you buy them and how much do they cost.
I bought mine from Fred at Reverse Logic on sale and got a pretty good deal at that time. However, I bought the tallest set and did not realize I would need the "Extenders."
The set I purchased did not allow a safe approach without the use of 2 x 10 planks. It was cheaper to buy them than the "Extenders" after the fact.
Once my 2013 C6 Z06 is up on the race Ramps, you can remove the ramp itself while the vehicle sits snug up on the race Ramp blocks.

Wow, thats a nice set up. With all the talk about screwed up oil changes at dealerships I believe I want to do my Z51 myself. Impressive and a lot of room to crawl under especially for old guys like me. Thank you.

I have them and they work great. You need the longer ramped one which I believe are 72" that has a more gradual incline ramp. I also got the 3" ramps for the rear tires and do my oil changes on a slight slope to get the car level. I forgot how much they are, but I believe I ordered mine from Race Ramps. And you need the wheel chocks for safety. Makes for an expensive first oil change. The are very light and easy to manage. The one challenge I found is getting the four ramps setup properly so all wheels go in the right position at the same time. Take some measuring and practice.

I have the 72" (RR-72-2) and my GS with stage 2 splitter clears just fine. I got them from Fred at Reverse Logic recently for $323 plus 10% off (use code save10) and free shipping.
OP: If you have not already been there, I recommend you take a look at the Race Ramp Web site. They have ramps and accessories that will work for just about everything. Here is the page for the garage and service ramps. https://www.raceramps.com/c/garage-service/
For that price I would look into the quick jack lift, easier to store as you can slide right under the car when not in use. plus makes rotating tires easier. Just a thought.
The longer ones are fine if the car is not lowered or have assorted splitters sticking out and hanging down. Sorry I don't have a picture, but my '18 St'ray rolls on and off my old Race Ramps just fine. I've used them for every oil/filter change. (I should note that with my car, though still set at stock height, the springs settled some in the first 6-months after I got it.
Got my 67” one piece ( in hind sight these are huge, should have gotten the 2 piece) ... put them in front of the car (19/GS) and damned if they were still too low. So I had to get the extensions ...not a cheap investment but solid...
on stock bolts at stock height btw....
