Default Lumbar bladder

Curious if anyone has the same experience. I like to set my lumbar support out a bit. After a few weeks it resets back to zero. Maybe its a leak in the bladder?

It doesnt bother me enough to rip the seat apart but thought there may be an easy fix. I dont believe lumbar associates with seat memory function. Thx...

Mine leaks down even faster... like in only one day. Side bolsters on the driver's side have never worked (used car out of warranty).

I've asked before and it doesn't seem like an easy fix: https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...r-fix-yet.html

My '14 lumbar gave out about 2 years ago. Now it deflates in about an hour. If anyone has a quick fix pls let us know.
A few years ago I took out the drivers seat, took off the bottom seat cover to trim down the foam to make it more comfortable. It wasn't terribly difficult - there is at least one post on doing it. You don't need any special tools, just time and patience and taking off the targa top. That being said, I don't recall how difficult the covering on the seat back would be to take on and off and the way the lumbar system works.
If someone wanted to I suppose you might be able to switch the lumbar mechanism from the passenger side, but not the seat back itself due to the air bags.

My lumbar/side bolster support always lost pressure over the space of a few hours. However, I took the car on a 3 hour one way trip last year and noticed I had to pump up the lumbar support several times during the three hours. GMEPP covered the repair which was $583.00.
