In addition to the the C7 Parts for Sale/Wanted forum, your dealer can shoud be able to order whatever you want.

Unless you're set on OEM, you should check out the aftermarket stuff from places like @C7 Carbon and @ACS Composite. Many of us have had good luck with them and, unless designed to look different, their stuff frequently looks/fits like OEM.

There are at least five oem sets for sale on eBay. Look for part number 84113138.

In addition to the above sources, I bought mine from RPI Designs. Very good fit and finish.

This might be a dumb question, but did you just buy a new one? The reason I ask is that I bought a 2019 GS last year, and it took a while to convince the dealer that the GS does come with splitter and skirts as stock. They had my GS on the floor without them, and initially told me they were an option. After I asked them to check, they found the skirts and splitter in the parts department, as they ship separately from the car.

PS: On my previous Stingray, I did add them and they were a fun, simple project!

May have been an honest mistake, but also possible (some would say likely) they hoped to charge you for them.
