Good morning, for the second time I have had an issue with the engine idling very rough and very rough acceleration.
I took it to the dealer and they said my plugs are fouling and I need to drive it more.
It is a 2017 Grand Sport with about 12,000 miles.
I do drive it to Cars and Coffee about a 160 mile round trip every other week.
Did the issue start happening right after they changed the oil (assuming that they change the oil for you)? I'm wondering if they over filled your dry sump system and you've been pulling oil into the engine.
Go to another dealer. Plugs on a 17 with 12K should be fine. If its the plugs, there is another issue that should be covered under the 5 year powertrain warranty.

Make sure you are using Top Tier fuel and at least 91 octane. 93 is preferable. It does sound like it could have been overfilled when the oil was changed. If the dealership did the oil change and there is oil in the intake system, this is their fault and they need to change your plugs for free.
If oil ingestion is suspected, pull off the throttle body hose and shine a light into the intake. If you see oil, discuss the normalcy of oil in the intake manifold with the dealer. You can also take off the air baffle that sits at the front behind the radiator fan. If you've had an oil overfill, just take off the baffle and turn it upside down and see if oil drips out. Both those are good checks for an overfill of oil.

In addition to "normal" over filling of the dry sump oil tank, I've been told that if the Tech uses a big funnel and dumps in a whole bunch of oil at once, it can't drain down into the tank quickly enough and some can end up in the line that leads to the air intake. So you can get the effects of over filled oil, even if it just shows normal level on the dipstick.
Fortunately, no personal knowledge here...

Fouling of plugs with such low miles is not normal.
