This video is a year old but it's still interesting. Right now I can tell you the market is up for the C7's and the inventory is low. That doesnt boad well for those of us in the market for one.
If your looking for a C7 I think we would be well served to wait a few months. Those that are contemplating selling, it appears now is the time.
People are still paying low to mid 30s for a well maintained C6. Not shocked at all with C7 prices. 'Tis the season for Corvettes. I'm assuming you'll see more favorable pricing as a buyer starting in November/December. If waiting isn't an option, you'll have to hold your nose and overpay

I'm picky so it will probably be several months for me to find one. I want white with the adrenaline red interior either a coupe or convertible. About the only other color I will settle for is black. So when you combine that with it having to be a M7 Z51 2LT its probably gonna be a while.
Hi, I joined the forum just to reply to this. I’m not sure now that we are officially in May, but we bought our first vette. We got it for ~$58,000 OTD which included my trade in payoff; MSRP $65,000 on the Monroney. It’s a brand new 2019 Sebring Orange Stingray Z51. So I’m assuming we got a fairly decent deal on a brand new out of the showroom corvette. And if we didn’t well...they sold a c8 1lt for $100,000.
We also were not planning on buying the c7; we just wandered in hoping to see a c8 and saw our c7 on sale and just fell hard into lust for it.
