I normally just wipe the screen with a microfiber towel, but I would think the cleaner mentioned above would work fine as long as you don’t go overboard on its use.
Manufacturer's warnings always say not to spray the surface but I either do with a fine spray or spray a MF towel and use it to wipe the surface. As others have said, don't overspray and risk liquid dripping down behind the bevel.
After I bought my 2016 Z, I installed a screen protector similar to the ones used on cell phones, just the correct size for the C7 screen. I clean the screen protector with a damp cloth. I have replaced the screen protector once in four years, screen like new with fresh protector..
When I had my ‘16 vette I could not find anything that would clean it like new. So, when I got my ‘19 I decided to never touch my screen. Nearly 5 months later, still looks brand new.

I thought the same when my new screen was installed. Ontop of the screen protector, I have this stylus mounted just above it so I never use my finger.
