Hey guys,

I need to have both Rear wheels Off the ground (putting some tape stripes).

What’s the best way to do this safely? I have the jacking pucks in place, a low profile jack and jack stands.

Thanks,

Les

The rear cross-member is an authorized jacking point as well (shown in yellow). It's best to use a pad to help distribute the load, I use cut up pieces of a wood 2x4 and place that between the jack and the car. Once it's up, you can either put stands on the outer edge of that same member (using pads there as well) or jack it high enough to get the stands under the normal jacking point.

As far as I know they just added data to the manual, I don't think they changed the structure.

I use two jacks. One under each puck on each side.
