Default Soler Performance

I just received my Soler Performance throttle body upgrade and throttle controller. Super easy install and great looking product.

I ended up doing the core replacement and I ended up emailing the company as I wasn’t sure if they provided a return label or not. 5 minutes later, Mike from Soler Performance sent me a return shipping label as a thank you.

Now that’s customer service!!!!

Shout out to Mike and the crew at Soler Performance for their awesome customer service!!! You just gained a repeat customer!!!

Love hearing about good products and great customer service from forum vendors. A Soler TB is on my mod wish list.

Mike is an awesome guy to deal with and his throttle body and controller make a big difference in pedal response. Easy to install and program.
Great investment!

I must be doing something wrong after reading these high praises. Full disclosure I had installed a Mamo PTB on my '16 Z & after getting a MIL on first, I exchanged for a second one that also threw the MIL light. I gave up. After such high praise here I decided to try again especially with "no questions asked 30 day return policy. I received my PTB from Soler on 29 July & installed it next day. Ordered the "Brand New" factory TB ($435) that had been ported because I wanted to be able to keep my OE one in case I had problems & didn't want to order a rebuild of my own OE TB for pretty much same reason. Installed it on 30 July, performed the FULL RELEARN of the ECM per instructions. Battery disconnect, idle sequences, 4K RPM sequences, then multiple driving sorties all starting out on a COLD start with a total of 5 drives of 15-20 miles each time over 5 days. I couldn't notice any appreciable improvement on my '19Z/M7. Sent an email to customer service 48 hrs ago requesting return authorization & nothing. Answer not in Spam file & did not receive a "could not deliver as addressed" email. Today at 4 pm I called but was sent directly to voice-mail & no call back yet (they close at 5 pm). No problem with the PTB not helping me but not thrilled with response (none so far). I have plenty of time to still send it back in the 30 day window also, so not in panic mode yet. Please don't instruct me on HOW it was to be installed, I had printed re-learning instructions with me in car, & I followed THEIR instructions to the letter. Again, just disappointed no response. Whining over.

@madrob2020 - wow... sounds like you were dealing with GM... Something ain't right, that's certain.
FWIW I sent Mike an email about 11AM on a Saturday with a question regarding installing the TC, expecting to hear back sometime Monday or Tuesday... He replied about three hours later with an answer and solution.

Thanks. Didn’t want to reach out to Mike for something as simple as a return. 👍

Just a follow up IF anyone cares. Called them again this am & someone named Mike (owner?) answered & quickly got my info & sent email return label, 2 day Priority, & came in my email as we were talking. So great response after all & everything's Hunky Dory!
