You can try and get GM to cover the crack in the fascia, but not sure they will. Can't hurt to ask. The overspray should be covered though. A lot will depend on how long you have had the car.

Did you buy the car New or Used? The black weather strip looks like it has paint over spray on it. It won't be covered under warranty if it's from repaired damage.
Brand new car, I was told there was a scratch fixed on the bumper when I purchased it and I noticed that the hood and bumper were off later on. I am wondering if there was more than a scratch.
Drive the damn car and dont worry about every little thing.
I am worried about the dealership lying to me. I bought the car new, I didn't buy a used car. This is the most expensive car I ever bought and don't deserve fuckery.
Front bumper had a different color badge, front was black, rear was chrome
Hood and bumper were misaligned
Over spray
Small crack

The car was damaged in shipping, or at the dealer, and was poorly repaired. You apparently noticed the mismatched badges.
I suggest asking the dealer about the damage and repair, and request they finish the job.
The problem you have is you accepted the car. Damage is not a warranty item.
It will help if you are coming back immediately. When did you pick up the car?
August 21st 2019, so about 1 year ago. I am waiting on a call back, If I get the run around I will take to a different dealer. They were ready to take off the bumper and "work it" but was not wanting that. I guess I am at that point now.

My rear fender well forward bottoms are both cracked from shipping straps. I didn't notice this for five months. I immediately called and texted my Chevrolet dealership sales representative. He had his sales manager email me with the usual dealership strongarm stance. I followed up with a phone visit. He accepted no responsibility, would pay no travel expenses (I never asked for any) but would look at it.
I decided to not drive 500 miles RT, then stay in a motel who knows how long, paying for meals, and gas just to see if they'd fix it at their expense.
They got me....I just missed seeing it when picking up the car new.

The original dealership never called me back, I expected that. But the dealership I now use will be taking care of me. The paint has cracked but not the front fascia,100% under warranty.
They did confirm the bumper was painted but could not tell if the front fascia was removed, probably left on and that is why we see over spray.
Designer Imagines A Corvette That Looks More Like a Corvette Than the Corvette
