Hello, somehow I am under the impression that there is a Sevice Bulleton that will have GM flush the transmissions of all C7's in order to avoid a problem down the road. So I called my Chevrolet Dealer and visited with Service and the lady told me that she had not heard of such a Service Bulleton and that the dealership would not flush my transmission if there are not any symptoms present. Anyone have more information on this? I bought my car new and have 10K miles on it.

No, not able to open at all. Can you please copy as a photo?
Here is the cover page. Give this to your dealer and they can find this TSB on their Tech-Link system. There is a total of 17 pages and it's dated April 20, 2020.

Question I have is . Do they now again require diagnosis ? I had my 17 GS done with no diagnosis and was planning on having my Sierra done as well neither vehicle are /were having any problems or symptons . Wanted it done for peace of mind and to not have any costly repairs for Triple Flush after BTB warranty expires.

My take is diagnosis is only required if the fluid swap did not solve the shudder problem.
MMD , Thanks I saw that but wasn't sure if they meant vehicle returns meaning returning to dealership or coming back again with shudder after fluid was changed already. Hoping they will do without diagnosis . I will check with dealer next week regarding Sierra.
Hey, thank you so much. At this time my car does not exhibt shudder, I was thinking that it could happen later. So as I understand it, I would not be able to have GM do the fluid change.

I would get the fluid changed. The oil in your transmission is not what GM recommends any longer. They have moved on. Just tell your dealer the shifting between 1st and 2 gear feels notchy (grabby), I had done this as my transmission was notchy in the first 3 gears. They shouldn't raise a fuss about changing your oil if you ask them. It will take about an hour for them to do this once the vehicle is on the lift.

I would CONTACT dealer about Service Bulletin 18-NA-355 and if your car is under BTB still ask them about doing Triple Flush under warranty. My 17 GS had no symptoms and dealer did triple flush. I will be taking my wife's vehicle in for inspection and will be asking about getting Triple Flush done on my Sierra that also has no symptoms on Tuesday. I want it done for peace of mind and don't want to have cost of repair if it happens later. IF they press me I will say I felt hard shifting once in a while. On my GS they just did Triple Flush. I contacted service manager at dealer regarding my GS.
