I have a 2019 Stingray 2LT. Is there any spoiler that the sell that I can add without removing the small one that is there already and just use 3M tape. Is there something available and also n black that matches????

This is the style I put on my 2015 with 3M tape. Been on there for over 4 years now and no problems. It's the easiest way to go. Oh yea, any color you want.
I also wanted to do that to my Stingray. Finally came to conclusion that the sleek "narrow body" looks better without an additional spoiler. To each his own opinion.
Will the Z51 style go on without removing the existing small one???
Yes. The Z51 style spoiler integrates the HMSL (high mounted stop lamp) into the configuration of the spoiler for a one piece look. It just fits over and around it.
I have a similar Ebay sourced z51 style with 3m tape, holding up well 2nd year.
I put a spoiler on my C6 using the 3m emblem tape. I highly recommend using their adhesion promoter. The come in small toilette type packages and increase the holding strength by a substantial amount.
After see your post, I went to ebay and bought a spoiler from this vendor. It was delivered in a couple of days. I didn't expect much for this price but it turned out to be high quality, great finish and perfect fit. Thanks.
