2016 Stingray Window Problem

Default 2016 Stingray Window Problem
I was caught in a rainstorm where my C7 was 2 foot deep in water. Next day I noticed when I open the passenger door window indexes downward but then goes back up. When I go to close the door need to press the door handle for window to lower before closing or glass hits the glass top. Any ideas on how to repair?

Have you tried re-indexing the window?
