Has anyone experienced "flat spots" on tires after storing your Vette for the winter (November -March)? Any suggestions other than removing the rims and tires to avoid flat spots?
I experienced flat spots on my C5 tires, but my garage floor gets pretty cold at times. When I don't intend to drive for a while in the winter I use Race Ramp Flat Stoppers.

"Winter storage", you say? What is that, exactly? 8-)
if you want go buy a sheet of that blue insulation board ,and cut four pieces two ft. by two ft. and put them in front of your tires and drive on top of them where you are storing the car!

Thanks! I was thinking the gym floor squares or anti fatigue mats they sell at home depot
I left my Mustang sitting for 4-5 months with Conti Extreme Contact Sport tires and it had EXTREME flat spots. New tires and concrete floor. Just sayin.
Only flat-Earthers get flat spots. If anybody is seriously concerned about flat spotting of their tires then take a look at these Race Ramp cribs. They're perfect for that. They're also great to have around for lifting your vehicle. I use them every time I do an oil change. They are safer than using jack stands.
Any flat spots produced by modern radial tires setting will be gone after driving a block or two. Now old bias-ply tires are a different story as they will develop permanent flat spots from setting.
No need to take special precautions with modern tires.

I've stored my C3 and C5 in my concrete floored garage for 3-4 months each winter for 15 years each...gets down to minus 20C (don't know what that is in F, but it's freezing)...kept the tires at their factory levels, parked the car directly on the concrete, and never had an issue with flat spots or anything else, ever. My 2019 C7 has only gone through one winter, but did the same with it.
