I have a 2015 C7 Z06, I just bought it a little over a week ago and it has a small scratch on the dash panel on the passenger side. It is nothing major, but the person I bought it from gave me a new piece that he had ordered and had planned to change it out but did not have time. Has anyone ever had to change out this piece and how big of a job is it? It is the leather panel that is between the top of the glove box and the dash and it has the air conditioning vents in it. Am hoping I might be able to do it myself. Thanks for any info

Thanks for the info, am going to study it and see if I want to tackle the job, may just be something I have to get a professional to do, don't see very well. Thanks
Here's a great video Vincent made on hanging it out. I've done it twice and it's nog that big of a deal. Everything is straightforward and should only take you an hour or two.
Thanks for the video, actually the part I need to change is the panel above the glove box on the passenger side that has the a/c vents in it. It is only about 4 or 5 inches wide and about 2 ft. long. Hope I don't have to get into removing the console to do it, was hoping I could just go through the glove box opening or something.
So how do you do it? I took the entire driver side off yesterday but could not figure out how to do passenger side and have been unable to find clear directions or a video how to...
Have not changed mine yet, will probably do it before too much longer. I looked at the diagram that Driveswithtwofeet posted. Have to page down but shows a diagram of how it is installed. Looks like there are 5 screws, 3 easy ones and two that are harder to get to, then it just pops out. Read that some people don't put the two hard screws back in.

Let us and me especially know how you come out and how big a job it is. Have mine in the basement and have just been a little hesitant about installing it. Don't mind a little work under the hood, hate going under the dash, not as flexible as I used to be.

I was able to take the dash apart in a few hours. I didn't change the pad, I was looking for varmints.
The hardest parts for me were disconnecting the connectors in the center console (not hard really just follow the steps and watch the videos closely) and then pulling the dash pad up and off. The pad connectors are strange but push up once all screws are out and it should pop off.
I don't have the links readily available but if you follow the steps in the YouTube with the 2014 on the center console then follow the diagram for the pad screw removal you should be good.
For me after taking the entire dash apart on both sides I saw no evidence of mice or varmints even when using a borescope. I searched every thing and found nothing. Cabin air filter clean, dash and vent tubes clean, everywhere I could reach with borescope clean so put things back together and still hear varmints in dash. Set up baits and traps but catch nothing. No droppings...nothing...so I remain frustrated with my issue.
As for pics I should have taken some but use the diagram in the link at top of this thread and then do a YouTube search for C7 console removal and follow the video steps. If you can't find the YouTube DM me and I will find the one I used but it only shows center and driver side not the dash pad so I used diagram for that side.
