Drive modes adjust throttle response, steering and suspension. If you don't have mag ride, you will just get the throttle response and steering changes unless you lock in your steering setting in the infotainment then its just throttle response.

I recommend that you set your driving "mode" at touring, but, set your steering at sport mode. If you set your driving mode at sport, you will experience rpm revving of your engine, on ocassion, after a rapid acceleration..such as entering a freeway. This can be quite concerning, but, is normal in sport driving mode.
