Default Tire recommendation ?

Just bought a C7 and need new tires. What are some better/smoother tires than Michelin run flats ?

I guess it comes down to what do you want from your tires? Do you want traction, stability, handling, ride quality, reliability or do you want inexpensive?

In my opinion, Michelin is the best choice, but there are other brands that are serviceable on your C7.

Default 👍👍👍 for Michelin AS3+Just replaced 4 worn to the wear mark PSS with the AS3+. Very happy with them. They seem a bit smoother and a bit quieter than the Super Sports. There does seem to be a slight loss of turn in immediacy, but for a non-tracked, dd, this tire is awesome.
I have heard they are smooth as silk to 130, but of course, I wouldn’t know that!😁

You say smooth, do you have to have run flats? I went with the non-run flat Michelins. Love the difference all around.

Michelin Pilot Sport 4S non run flats 265 fronts 305 rears on OE wheels. Much smoother ride and better traction. Looks way better too.

Yes. I have the ZP run-flats and find the ride a bit softer (smoother) than the PSS run-flats.

I have Michelin A/S 3+ ZPs on my car and have no complaints about the ride or performance.
