What year car?
1984, 1985 White sticker located on the underside of the rear, left storage compartment cover (on the driver side) of the car.
1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994 White sticker located on the underside of the center console lid.
1995, 1996 White sticker located on the underside of the rear, right storage compartment cover (on the passenger side) of the car.
1997, Early 1998 White sticker located on the underside of the rear, left storage compartment cover (on the driver side) of the car.
Late 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 White or silver sticker which is located inside the glove box compartment on the glove box door.
2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 Silver sticker which is located under the rear compartment carpet, near the battery.
2018, 2019, 2020 GM completely revamped the RPO Code sticker. They moved the silver sticker to the driver-side door and added a QR Code. The RPO Codes can only be read using a QR Code scanner.

Good recap of the sticker location by Elmer. Seems like they move it around every so often to see if we can find it.
