Default Brake Vibration Advice

I track my 15 Z51 MT regularly and I've noticed a vibration has developed during heavy braking. Mild street braking is fine.

I believe I'm just feeling pad material buildup, but I would appreciate if some of you more experienced folks wouldn't mind chiming in with a second opinion or three.

Inspecting the rotors shows cracks, but I believe these are still in the superficial stage. The Carbotech XP12 pads are nearing end of life and show cracking- I'm unsure if this is normal for this compound.

If it is just pad material, is this something I should remove or is it just a superficial effect I should accept? What's the best way to remove the excess?

I sent this to carbotech and the response below is what I got. Questions let me know.

They look bent, right in the middle. Cracks on the rotors look fine. Cracks on the pads do not. His pedal feedback could be from the slots, not a vibration or build up. The rotors look fine.

Play it smart. Get new rotors and pads. You're asking for trouble tracking with those brakes.

Thanks for the replies!
The pads are definitely being replaced- in fact a fresh set is just out of view of the pictures.
I will continue to monitor the rotors and will probably get a set to keep on standby.

rotors look normal for a tracked car. Cracked pads on the other hand? Not good.
